OUR TEMPORARY LOCAL RULES
DRAINAGE CHANNELS
Relief may be taken without penalty, within one club length from the nearest point of relief and not nearer the hole when a ball is lying on drainage channel workings across the 1st, 2nd, 9th and 10th fairways. This also applies to the drainage channel to the right of the 10th green.
AERATION HOLES
Through the green – a ball that comes to rest in or on an aeration hole may be lifted without penalty and dropped as near as possible to the spot where it lay but not nearer the hole. The ball when dropped must first strike a part of the course through the green.
On the putting green – a ball that comes to rest in or on an aeration hole may be lifted without penalty and replaced at the nearest point not nearer the hole that avoids the situation.
Through the green means - The whole area of the course except:
1) The teeing ground and putting surface of the hole being played
2) Penalty areas
GREEN DAMAGE
A ball lying on or having an area of damaged green between the ball and the intended line of putt may be marked and replaced (6 inches to the left or right) not nearer the hole without penalty.
